Introduction brought Andre Gray this week, on his last night before jetting off to the East coast for his final year in college. All summer, Andre worked with Brute Labs on a project called Boy=Girl. Introduction served as a farewell to the SF native and also as a fundraiser for the project. From the website, ‘This is what the Girl=Boy Project is about. Planting the seed of gender equality in the psyche of young minds. We might only touch one, but if no one touched you, how could you then touch someone else?’ There will be a mural painted in the near future to represent gender equality and how to instill these ideals in youth.
